As a patient, you need to login to the application if you need to make an appointment or using the education module.

To login for the First-time user use your ID 

You will prompt to add DOB for verification and email to receive a password.

Check your email for Verify Code

For registered user use your email

Click “Resend password” the new password will be sent to the provided email.
By select “keep me login” check, you always be login and doesn’t need to do the login by loading application

 

 

How to Make Appointment-ENG

To Make appointment

Chose the doctor

By select “Appointment”

You will see Doctor Timesheet than select appointment base of day and time you are looking for

By select “About” you will see more information about selected doctor

You have 5 minutes to pay for appointment

 

By click “payment” you will ask for credit card

By click “Pay” it will charge your card

Also you have option to save card for next time

Then you will get confirmation about your appointment

After payment it will give you option to add document for your visit if you wish to share with your doctor

If you go to your appointment you will see it in your appointment list

Hold = before pay for visit

Booked = You pay for visit

Done = You complete the visit

Expired = not attend to your visit and time expire

How to Join Video Visit

Important

If this your first video meeting please make sure you download the video conferencing first by click:

After login or by click on “My Appointment” select the appointment that is due

 

Important to pay attention to make sure you are in the right time zone

You can filter your appointment in four group:

Hold = before pay for visit

Booked = You pay for visit

Done = You complete the visit

Expired = not attend to your visit and time expire

 

Click at “View” on due appointment

You will see this page:

By click on “New attachment” you can add any documents to share with your doctor
If you have more then one you can add one by one
By click on “Join meeting” you will join to your meeting
